Linda Taylor is our animated Vice President of Global Training and Development whom we co-created with a team in Chicago (2013). Linda will play a key role in reaching our social media and e-learning audience on 21st Century leadership topics such as how to cultivate self-awareness in individuals and teams during times of increased pressure and accelerated change.
Aika holds a Masters of Arts Degree, in Public Policy and Management for Development, from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam, in the Netherlands. In addition, she received a Bachelor of Arts in School Development Studies, at the University of East Anglia (UEA), in the UK. Aika lives in Tokyo and is passionate about helping to advance potential leaders through quality training programs. In the past decade, she has worked in the Global HR Development Department at Nissan Motor Co, LTD, Japan and the International Cooperation Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan.
Michael is a retail expert with more than 15yrs of corporate experience with a multinational group of commerce - METRO Group (the 3rd largest retailer in the world). Michael enjoys working on business strategy development and has held positions as Category Manager and Head of Field Force. He holds an executive MBA in General Management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Michael is currently the Chief Purchasing Officeri for a wholesaler of consumer goods in Germany.
Biologist, MSc in Systems engineering and researcher specialized in complexity theory and information networks. Domingo is from Venezuela and has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunication and banking industry, playing executive roles from strategic planning, innovation, systems design and product development. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Technology and Information for Consorcio Crediicard in Venezula and runs his consultancy firm, Octena Inc., dedicated to support technology driven innovation for large carriers and financial institutions.
Olga has worked in university environments for the past 13 years in the areas of Organizational Behaviour and Diversity Management. She is an internationally educated professional with Masters degrees in Linguistics and Strategic Project Management. She is also a UK Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. As Programme Director and later Director of Learning and Teaching, Olga managed diverse teams in the international branch campus of Heriot-Watt University in Dubai. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Business Administration, which examines the critical success factors of long-term expatriate adaptation in rapidly developing economies.
Dr. Thomas W. Schrepfer holds law degrees of the University of Berne (Dr. iur., M Law) and Harvard Law School (LL.M.) as well as business degrees from the Rotman School of Management, Toronto (MBA) and the University of St.Gallen (EMBA-HSG). For his academic and scientific work in law and business he received prestigious awards such as the Professor-Walther-Hug Prize and the Roger N. Wolff Prize as well as a scholarship of the Swiss National Fund. From 1985 he worked for several years as commercial lawyer specializing in international transactions, M&A, corporate, and tax law and became senior partner in a Zurich law firm. He also served as executive chairman and board member on the board of directors of pharmaceutical, IT, medical device and leisure industry companies. In 1999 he founded a medical device company and built it up from scratch to a company being at the cutting edge of technology in the diabetes field. Thomas is currently the managing partner of PMIC Advisors Group Ltd., an independent Swiss based company that specializes in the provision of Corporate Finance and M&A services for small and medium sized enterprises.
